3Identity Verification (KYC)
As part of toke6's commitment to security and compliance, all members are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before their first withdrawal is processed. In cases of termination due to a breach of terms, toke6 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balances or winnings associated with the violating activity. The actual deposit balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned once the investigation is complete, unless those funds were also involved in unlawful activity.
11Applicable Law
